We are all ONE in the sky group issues open letter on U-Space regulation
25 January, 2021 (Brussels). EBAA, along with members of Europe's leading aviation associations have today released an open letter addressed to the European Commission and Member States, supporting the upcoming U-space regulation while offering their assistance to jointly address those aspects needing further research and clarification.

Initial guidance on the draft EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement
On Saturday 26 December 2020, the European Commission published the Draft EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The draft agreement foresees cooperation between the EU and UK and contains dedicated titles on transport and aviation which require appropriate level playing field guarantees.

Leading Business aviation groups form alliance against illegal charters
Brussels, 16 December 2020 – Today, a global group of leading business aviation organizations announced a coordinated effort to combat illegal on-demand charter flights in the sector. The group, called the Air Charter Safety Alliance, will raise awareness among potential customers, charter brokers, ministries of transport, and national aviation authorities regarding the use of unauthorized aircraft operators for on-demand flights.
