Brussels, 7 September 2022. The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has taken note of the current political mainstream that is calling for the regulation of private jet flights more thoroughly at the EU level. Most upsetting, are the unfortunate routes taken that includes notions of banning, or increasing taxation which could simply deter the entire industry from operating and developing sustainable technologies.

EBAA Joins Dassault Aviation in Legal Action Against EU Commission’s Taxonomy Delegated Act

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has announced its legal assistance to intervene, in support of Dassault Aviation’s legal challenge against the European Commission’s Delegated Act on EU Taxonomy. This action, lodged with the General Court of the European Union on 4 July 2024, highlights EBAA’s dedication to defending the interests of the Business Aviation sector against measures that hinder our companies' ability to invest in sustainability and innovation.
