The Committee on Transport and Tourism of the European Parliament by amending both Council’s proposals is increasing the level of flexibility for operators in case of no deal. Please note that the final vote in plenary session will take place in the coming days.

Please note that the TRAN Committee decided to treat the proposals under Rule 50: Simplified procedure , in order to speed up the procedure. The plenary sitting is scheduled for February 2019.
