EBAA Membership strengthened with new operator AllianceJet
Brussels, 7 October 2021. In a challenging industry climate, the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) is pleased to announce the joining of a new operator to its membership, AllianceJet. A relatively new company, AllianceJet bolstered its leadership with the arrival of CEO Hervé Laitat who encouraged the operator to join the European trade association.
At the Maltese-Belgian operator, AllianceJet CEO Hervé Laitait is no stranger to the EBAA. Having served on the Board of Governors for many years, EBAA is happy to receive similar trust and highlights the benefits EBAA brings to operators, whether it is through support, access to reliable sources of information, advocacy or expertise.
EBAA Secretary-General Athar Husain Khan said: “We are delighted to have Hervé and AllianceJet join our membership. Representing Business operators stands at the core of our business and we are looking forward to a long-lasting relationship with AllianceJet ”.
Adding to this, AllianceJet CEO Hervé Laitat says: “I am thrilled to have joined a Maltese operator as CEO and partner. Alongside aircraft acquisition, EBAA membership was at the top of my list as my former experience as a boardmember showed the importance of working together”.
A key priority for EBAA, sustainability will also take an important place in the portfolio of AllianceJet. Laitat already opened the door to possibly become a “test operator” to apply manufacterers’ sustainable innovations in development as the industry searches for more sustainable practises.
Focussing on a Boutique like approach with mainly on Bombardier and Falcon aircraft, AllianceJet’s main pillars of business are proximity, proactivity and flexibility. Having committed to not grow beyond 15 aircraft under management to enable the same care and attention to their Charter clients, Owner’s and valuable assets.
